BG Staffing is seeking a polished, customer‑focused Leasing Consultant to support apartment communities in Nashville, TN (37241). This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the flexibility to travel up to 40 miles as needed.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

- Travel: Willing to travel up to 40 miles
- Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire
Responsibilities- Greet prospects and provide engaging, professional property tours
- Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move‑in
- Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation
- Maintain organized resident files and accurate records
- Assist with marketing efforts, follow‑ups, and lead management
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Support daily office operations with a polished, professional approach
- Travel to nearby communities as needed to support leasing efforts
Requirements- Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, polished presentation and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 40 miles
- Experience with property management software is a plus
