HIRING - APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN join our team in Omaha at Country Estates Townhomes. This hands on job will deal with make-readies, work-orders, grounds, and shared on-call (on-call at this property only).

SCHEDULE:
M-F 8-5PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays)
On-call 1x every 3 weeks (On-call is at 1 property VS 5+ like other management companies)
PAY:
$21-23 an hour (full-time)
BONUSES POTENTIAL:
$750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance)
$100 for every week you hold the on-call phone and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency calls
That is $3,000+ in annual bonuses!
