We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wexford Village at Devonshire in Scott Depot, WV. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
What We Offer:
- Pay up to $22.00 - $27.00/hr. based on experience and qualifications (HVAC/EPA)
- PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
- $100.00 on-call bonus.

What We Need from you:
- HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification preferred
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- 40 hours per week
- On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
