We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our residential community by maintaining units and common areas at high standards. This hands-on role includes general repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring apartments are move-in ready for new residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, appliance repairs, and carpentry.
• Preparing apartments for new residents by handling make-ready tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness across the property.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and costly repairs.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with residents and team members.

What we're looking for:

• Basic experience in maintenance or related fields.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems (certification is a plus but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for occasional after-hours emergencies.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to maintenance needs.
