Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Canyon Lake Apartments, a 109-unit property located in Rapid City. What You'll Get:
$22.00-$24.00/HR DOE
Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
On-call bonus structure up to $100/week
