Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pointe West Apartments, a 93-unit community located in St. Cloud. What You'll Get:
$25.00-$28.00/HR DOE
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

What You'll Be Doing:
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
Working knowledge of:
Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
Appliance repair
Carpentry, drywall & painting
Water heater systems (gas & electric)
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30PM + on-call rotation
