Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for The Arbors Apartments, a 168-unit property located in South Sioux City!

What You'll Get:

What You'll Be Doing: No two days are exactly the same! You'll play a key role in maintaining our apartment community and creating a great experience for our residents.

• Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns and make-ready maintenance for incoming residents
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance
• Help maintain common areas, grounds, and shop areas
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule - 1 week every 2 weeks

What We're Looking For: We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who can work independently, solve problems, and deliver quality work.

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience

• HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred

• Experience or working knowledge of:

• Plumbing (including copper pipe work)

• Electrical repairs, including outlets, fixtures, and switches

• Appliance repair

• Carpentry, drywall, and painting

• Gas and electric water heater systems

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus participation in the on-call rotation
