In this role, you'll help deliver an exceptional resident experience by maintaining apartment homes, completing service requests, and preparing apartments for new residents. - Expected hourly rate of $25-$27 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and support fellow team members
- Complete apartment turns using AIR's established processes to create move-in-ready homes for new residents
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and apartment components, including plumbing, basic electrical systems, HVAC equipment, appliances, and related maintenance items
- Complete resident service requests accurately, efficiently, and professionally
- Provide functional or technical guidance to other Maintenance Technicians when needed and help support their skill development
- Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections as assigned
- Adapt to changing community needs, seasonal priorities, and varying maintenance requirements
