What You'll Do

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring apartments and community facilities remain in excellent condition. Daily responsibilities may include:

• Completing apartment turns and move-in readiness projects
• Performing general maintenance and repair work
• Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
• Completing work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Repairing drywall, doors, windows, flooring, and fixtures
• Ensuring community grounds and common areas are well-maintained
• Following safety guidelines and company procedures
• Providing outstanding customer service to residents

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience
