Monarch is looking for a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Forest Hills Apartments in Wilmington, NC.

Pay & Benefits:

• $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Quarterly maintenance bonuses up to $3,000 per year
• $100 weekly on-call bonus when on call
• Minimum 1.5 hours of pay for any on-call service call
• $50 major holiday on-call bonus per day worked

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Day shift
• Full-time, year-round position
• On call approximately 1 week every 5 weeks

What You'll Do:

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep the property in good shape and make sure residents have a safe, comfortable place to live. The job includes handling day-to-day maintenance requests, completing repairs, and helping with the overall upkeep of the community.

HVAC experience is preferred, and we'll provide paid EPA certification training.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness and ability to participate in the on-call rotation
• Good troubleshooting and repair skills
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job right and keeping the property in good condition
