This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work, thrives independently, and can efficiently manage maintenance responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property, performing repairs, and completing apartment unit turns in a timely and efficient manner. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, reliable, and capable of working with little guidance while delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete apartment unit turns efficiently, ensuring units are move-in ready on schedule
• Perform routine maintenance, service requests, and repairs throughout the property
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work independently while managing time and priorities effectively
• Communicate effectively with property management and team members

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
• Proven ability to complete unit turns quickly and efficiently
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking
• Own tools required
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
