Apartment Maintenance Technician - $18-20/hr

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Complete apartment service requests and general repairs
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing and electrical issues
• Repair/change locks and light fixtures
• Assist with appliance installation and repairs
• Perform painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Support apartment turns and make-readies
• Help with pressure washing, groundskeeping, and breezeway/parking lot upkeep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and resident-friendly environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance, construction, renovation, or handyman experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to assist where needed
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Basic hand tools required (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools are a plus
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
