Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Complete apartment service requests and general repairs
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing and electrical issues
- Repair/change locks and light fixtures
- Assist with appliance installation and repairs
- Perform painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
- Support apartment turns and make-readies
- Help with pressure washing, groundskeeping, and breezeway/parking lot upkeep
- Maintain a clean, safe, and resident-friendly environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance, construction, renovation, or handyman experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to assist where needed
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Basic hand tools required (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
- Power tools are a plus
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
- Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
