BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Make-Ready Technician for a small community in Delaware, OH. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and must provide their own tools. This property has approximately 11 units to turn, and each unit may require different tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all apartment make-ready/turnover duties
• Install ceiling fans, garbage disposals, and folding doors
• Install and replace refrigerators, ovens, and other appliances
• Replace outlet covers, switches, and minor fixtures
• Perform light electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and meet quality standards

Requirements:

• Must have own tools
• Prior apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage varying unit needs
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
