Key Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment unit turns to prepare homes for new move-ins
- Patch and repair drywall, paint interiors, and complete touch-up work
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs as needed
- Replace fixtures, hardware, blinds, and other apartment components
- Complete general cleaning and ensure units are move-in ready
Minimum Requirements (Must Have):
- Previous apartment maintenance, make ready, construction, or renovation experience
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, and unit turns
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
- Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
