Job Summary
The Apartment Manager at Mabel Meshack, an affordable housing community operated by Foundation Property Management, Inc. under HUD programs, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the 65- unit property while ensuring resident well-being and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes high-quality customer service, effective property management, and the creation of a safe, supportive, and respectful community environment. The Apartment Manager works closely with maintenance, leasing, and resident services teams to ensure Miracle Manor remains welcoming, well-maintained, and fully compliant with all applicable housing regulations.

Compensation:
Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
The role is considered non-exempt and may be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position is $24.00- $24.00 per hour.
