Weber Bloom is a locally owned and operated Property Management Firm located in Fayetteville, NC. We are hiring for an Apartment Readiness Coordinator for Addison Ridge Apartments. A beautiful apartment community that was built by a local legend; Charles Weber.

This position is critical in our success. The candidate should enjoy a fast-paced and teamwork environment that includes deadlines and high expectations. To ensure we honor the legacy of Charles Weber, close to perfection is what we strive for with customer service, teamwork and results.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in multifamily property management as a Assistant Manager, Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, project coordination, construction administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience using property management software such as Resman, Entrata, AppFolio, RealPage, or similar.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating apartment turns or renovations in a multifamily environment.
  • Knowledge of make-ready standards, apartment inspections, and quality control.
  • Experience scheduling and managing vendors and contractors.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Experience monitoring budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or other property management certification is a plus.
