Education and Experience

Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in software development, API development, systems integration, or related technical roles preferred.

Work Environment
This position primarily operates in a professional office environment. Occasional after-hours support may be required during system implementations, upgrades, deployments, or critical issue resolution. The role may also require collaboration with remote vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain APIs and software integrations that support business-critical applications.
Build custom applications, tools, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Develop and maintain integrations between Shopify, ShipStation, SAP, Google Workspace, and other internal and external systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data synchronization errors.
Monitor and optimize API performance, reliability, and security.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across interconnected platforms.
Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and workflow diagrams.
