Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with the successful execution of multimillion-dollar construction projects
- Assist with project documentation, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and procurement activities
- Monitor project progress and help ensure milestones, budgets, and quality expectations are achieved
- Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings and maintain accurate project records
- Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence
- Collaborate with field teams to address project challenges and maintain construction schedules
- Track project costs and assist with forecasting and reporting functions
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of construction industry experience
- Experience supporting commercial construction projects, preferably with budgets in the multimillion-dollar range
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
- Field experience or direct exposure to jobsite operations is highly preferred
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
