Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects.
Collaborate with project leadership to maintain schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
Assist with project tracking, reporting, and communication between stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project information and workflows.
Work closely with field teams, subcontractors, and project partners to drive successful project delivery.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
Split time between the office and active project sites.

The successful applicant:
Has 2+ years of construction industry experience.
Has experience working on multifamily residential projects, including garden-style, wrap, or podium developments.
Understands wood-frame and steel-structured multifamily construction.
Has working knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam.
Has strong organizational and communication skills.
Is detail-oriented with a professional and client-facing demeanor.
Demonstrates employment stability and interest in a long-term career opportunity.
Is able to travel to project sites as needed.
