Job Description
Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in managing multifamily residential projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and ownership teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or budget impacts.
- Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking.
Construction Administration
- Review and track Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
- Assist with construction document reviews and coordination between disciplines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design intent.
- Support punch list development, closeout documentation, and turnover activities.
- Maintain organized project records and reporting systems.
Financial & Contract Management
- Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
- Review consultant and contractor invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
- Support procurement activities and contract administration.
- Help prepare project status reports for internal leadership and client teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions effectively.
- Support business development initiatives through exceptional client service and project execution.

The Successful Applicant
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-8+ years of experience supporting construction or development projects, preferably multifamily residential.
- Understanding of project management principles, construction processes, and contract administration.
- Experience working with project schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
- Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction documentation processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- PMP, CMIT, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
