JOB SUMMARY: This person will lead projects with professionalism, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment. This role involves managing project quality, timeliness, and safety, mentoring the project team, and developing strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication skills. The Wind Energy team is interested in candidates coming out of PM positions within oil and gas.
QUALIFICATIONS
5–15+ years construction PM experience
GC/EPC background preferred
Large-scale project experience ($100M+) (Wind or Oil and Gas)
Self-perform experience required (50%+ target)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Proven ability to assist with all responsibilities for complex projects
Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
Preference for candidates with experience in one or more of the following: commercial construction, renewable energy project development, EPC contracting, or emerging technologies
Manage overall financial health of projects
Support and lead EPC contract negotiations, including technical exhibits and project schedules
