Overview:
OSF HealthCare St. Luke Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our growing Hospital Medicine Program in Kewanee, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, patient-focused team committed to delivering exceptional inpatient care in a community-centered hospital setting.
Position Overview
As an APN Hospitalist, you will work alongside experienced Hospitalist physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to provide comprehensive management of hospitalized adult patients. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
Position Highlights
Full-time Hospitalist position
Collaborative physician and APP practice model
Manage admissions, daily rounding, patient evaluations, care coordination, and discharges
Work closely with nursing, case management, specialists, and ancillary services
Utilize Epic electronic medical record system

Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $55.20 - $70.09
Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programCurrent Illinois Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN/APN) license or eligibilityBoard certification as:
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
Current DEA registration or ability to obtainBLS and ACLS certificationsPrevious inpatient, hospital medicine, acute care, critical care, or emergency medicine experience preferred
