Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Cardiovascular Surgery, Physician Assistant - Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery

Job Details:

• Full-time coverage with consideration for week on/week off schedule if needed
• 
  
• Schedule is 4 x 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• 
  
• OR/Inpatient call 1:4 (4:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• 
  
• Weekend coverage required on a 1:5 rotation to help with team needs
• 
  
• Must be able to assist in the OR for Cardiothoracic and Vascular providers
• 
  
• Inpatient rounding required
• 
  
• Average of 8 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Department has 30 beds
• 
  
• Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• 
  
• Level 1 Trauma Facility
• 
  
• Fellowship required
