Opportunity:

Advanced Practice (PA) - Physician Assistant - Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery

Job Details:

• Both day and night shifts available: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 7 days per week
• 
  
• Rounding in the ICU with pre and post-cardiac surgery patient management
• 
  
• Manage patients coming off ventilators following surgery
• 
  
• Care for patients coming out of the OR with open heart, VATS, and lung cases
• 
  
• Average census of 10-15 patients on the service at any given time
• 
  
• OR experience with vein harvesting strongly preferred
• 
  
• Board certification required (minimum: Certified)
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• 
  
• Level 1 Trauma Facility
