APP Clinical Associate

Department Overview

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at OHSU seeks a per diem Advanced Practice Provider (APP) credentialed and privileged as a Physician Assistant (PA), CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife) or an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in the respective specialty area; i.e., obstetrics and/or gynecology. This position will provide team-based care with the OB/GYN Generalist Division, and must have confidence in providing general Gynecology and Obstetrics care to patients.

Function/Duties of Position

Clinical

• Participate in the delivery of the group clinical practice as needed, with clinical care provided at the Center for Women's Health.

Administrative

• Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and areas of expertise and interest.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree as required by specific Advanced Practice Provider role.
• Current licensure as required by specific Advanced Practice Provider governing board(s) in the state of Oregon.
• 5 years clinical experience as an APP that demonstrates ability to fulfill responsibilities for Women''s Health experience (both Ob and Gyn)
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
• Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Active Oregon Medical License
