Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on App Digital Implementation Manager with strong expertise in AppsFlyer, mobile attribution, MMP implementation, and MarTech. The ideal candidate will own production-level mobile measurement initiatives, including Branch-to-AppsFlyer migration, SDK validation, deep linking, event tracking, attribution reconciliation, and server-side conversion signals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Branch-to-AppsFlyer MMP migration from audit through production cutover.
- Manage deep links, ad network campaign relinking, AppsFlyer OneLink, and deferred deep links.
- Manage device ID migration and validate migration readiness before app releases.
- Validate AppsFlyer SDK integrations across iOS and Android.
- Validate ATT implementation, customer user ID, developer keys, and production tracking.
- Validate in-app events and reconcile purchase events between AppsFlyer and GA4.
- Manage dual-MMP overlap and prevent attribution loss or double attribution.
- Perform AppsFlyer QA using debugging and network inspection tools.
- Assess App GTM feasibility and recommend solutions to reduce engineering dependency.
- Develop a Phase 2 architecture plan for Meta CAPI and server-side conversion signals.
- Create clear implementation specifications for mobile development teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5 8 years of experience in Mobile Measurement, Digital Analytics, or MarTech Implementation.
- Expert-level AppsFlyer experience.
- Proven experience managing at least one live MMP migration in a production environment.
- Strong experience with Branch-to-AppsFlyer migration.
- Hands-on AppsFlyer SDK experience across iOS and Android.
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution, deep linking, IDFA, ATT, and SKAN.
- Experience with AppsFlyer SDK Integration Wizard, Debug Console, and network inspection.
- Experience with in-app event tracking, postbacks, and attribution validation.
- Strong understanding of GA4/Firebase mobile attribution integration.
- Experience with Meta Conversion API (CAPI) and server-side conversion signals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with App GTM or Firebase Remote Config.
- Experience with Firebase DebugView and app_instance_id.
- Experience supporting multiple mobile apps or brands.
- Knowledge of EU privacy requirements and ATT opt-out implications.
- AppsFlyer or mobile analytics certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
