Opportunity:

Physician Assistant - Electrophysiology

Job Details:

• Provide coverage for hospital shifts and possible clinic shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
• 
  
• Minimum availability of 3 to 4 weeks per month required
• 
  
• See follow-up patients, post-operative patients, post-device checks, same-day appointments, and procedure follow-ups
• 
  
• Provide hospital coverage and support for the Electrophysiology physician
• 
  
• See approximately 14 patients per day in clinic with variable census in the hospital setting
• 
  
• Treat adult patient population
• 
  
• Work within a very busy Electrophysiology department
• 
  
• Utilize Cerner EMR system
• 
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in Electrophysiology required
• 
  
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
• 
  
• Active Arizona license preferred; candidates in the process of obtaining licensure will be considered
• 
  
• Active DEA license required
