• Patient volume estimates: ED Main 15-20 patients per provider, ED East 10-12 patients per provider, Express 15-20 patients per provider

• ED Main features 22 beds with 5 hall beds and 6 fast track beds, ED East has 11 beds, and MGH Express has 6 beds
• 
  
• EMR system: Meditech
• 
  
• Busy emergency department environment with physicians handling serious cases such as gunshot wounds
• 
  
• Nurse Practitioners only; Physician Assistants will not be considered
