App Exchange Technical Writer

Remote Position
Pay: $62-67/hour W2
Duration: 4.5 months with extensions based on client need and performance

Overview:
Seeking a Senior Technical Writer to author develop-targeted content. This work specifically focuses on content for developers on the client's App Store.

This great team of writers works collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make the client's app store easier to use.

Responsibilities:
Create and update documentation for Client's App Store (App Exchange).
Develop, write, edit, and format materials including technical manuals, installation guides, user manuals, and related technical and business process documentation targeted primarily to developers.
When creating, updating, and enhancing the documentation, adhere to format, content and style guidelines, giving consideration to usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience is required. More senior writing experience is strongly preferred.
Prior experience authoring developer targeted deliverables is required.
Prior experience writing for an App Exchange/App Store/App Marketplace is required.
Writing samples will be required pre-interview.
Experience optimizing for AI retrieval is a plus. Any experience working with AI tools is preferred (content creation or content testing within AI tool.)
