Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - Family Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Details:

• Provide family practice coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in clinic setting
• 
  
• Handle approximately 20 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Must be board certified or board certification eligible
• 
  
• BLS certification required
• 
  
• Complete Epic training every other week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 
  
• Epic training must be completed after credentialing and before provider can start
• 
  
• Protocol agreement completion required with GCMB
• 
  
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 21 days
• 
  
• Fellowship training preferred
