Job Details:

• Provider must be local and already reside in the immediate area
• 
  
• Primary location will be Fayetteville with potential coverage at an additional nearby location
• 
  
• Must have experience treating both adults and pediatric patients ages 6 months and older
• 
  
• Must be able to handle high volume patient care as a sole provider while maintaining a positive attitude
• 
  
• Minimum of 12 months of experience required; new graduates will not be considered
• 
  
• Must hold an active NC license and an active NC DEA
• 
  
• Board certification required (BC / NCCPA / NP Boards)
• 
  
• BLS certification required
• 
  
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required; EMR must be used for all patient visits
• 
  
• Must be able to see and treat all patients as the sole provider in the center
• 
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required for one-on-one interaction with support staff and patients
• 
  
• Urgent care setting treating adults and pediatric patients with cases including laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures
• 
  
• Patient volume of up to 60 patients per day with an average of approximately 45 patients per shift
• 
  
• No call requirements
• 
  
• Supervising physician provided offsite for locum APPs
• 
  
• Limited mileage reimbursement only (60 miles total/roundtrip); travel and lodging not provided
• 
  
• Provider must pass a clinical screening prior to scheduling
• 
  
• EMR training and onboarding required prior to first solo shift; training occurs on set Wednesdays and participation is mandatory
