Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - General Surgery

Job Details:

• Experience in Level One trauma preferred
• 
  
• Seeking coverage for a 10-day stretch from Saturday AM through the following Monday AM
• 
  
• 10-hour shifts with 4 required night beeper call shifts per 10-day stretch
• 
  
• Cover Emergency General Surgery OR and inpatient roster
• 
  
• Average daily census of 15-20 inpatients
• 
  
• Night beeper call includes response to Emergency General Surgery floor calls and activation for OR coverage for Emergency General Surgeon first assist
• 
  
• Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
• 
  
• Required certifications include ACLS and BLS
• 
  
• Level 1 Trauma Facility
