Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - General Surgery, Nurse Practitioner - General Surgery

Job Details:

• Full-time inpatient coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 
  
• No weekends or call requirements
• 
  
• 8 guaranteed hours per day with overtime applicable after 40 hours
• 
  
• Assist in operating room procedures as first assist
• 
  
• Perform patient rounding and care coordination
• 
  
• Prepare patient discharges
• 
  
• Handle approximately 7 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Must have experience as first assist in general surgery
• 
  
• Board certification required
• 
  
• Active medical license or IMLC required
• 
  
• DEA license required
