• Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide hospitalist coverage with availability for November 25th & November 26th (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM), with potential for future dates

• Schedule: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Average admissions per day: 3
• 
  
• Average patients per day: 5 - 7
• 
  
• Average Med/Surg & ICU census: 10 - 13
• 
  
• Patient Rooms: 19 | ICU Rooms: 4
• 
  
• Support staffing includes 4 - 5 RNs in Med/Surg, 2 aides, and 1 - 2 RNs in ICU
• 
  
• EMR: EPIC
• 
  
• Patient population: Adults and Geriatrics
• 
  
• Required licenses and certifications: Oregon medical license, BLS, ACLS, and either Family or Adult NP certification
• 
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• 
  
• This position does not require completion of patient procedures

This is a Critical Access Hospital providing essential inpatient medical services to its community.
