Opportunity:

Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide full-time on-site coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 
  
• Work within an inpatient psychiatric unit focusing exclusively on medical issues such as sore throats, rashes, medication consultations, and diabetes management - no behavioral health responsibilities
• 
  
• Perform HMP consults as part of the role
• 
  
• Provide consult services, emergency department coverage, and inpatient rounding
• 
  
• Work within a 20-bed unit with support from mid-level providers, social workers, and nurses
• 
  
• See approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Adult patients only
• 
  
• On-site only position - no telehealth
• 
  
• Board certification required
