APP - Interventional Radiology
Nebraska Medicine is seeking an APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Interventional Radiology team. This role offers a dynamic mix of hands-on procedures, complex patient management, pre- and post-procedure care, and specialty consultations across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings.
First Shift, 1.0 FTE (Exempt)
Monday-Friday, between 730-5
No weekends, holidays, or on call
Inpatient and Outpatient
Located at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE

Duties: APP - Interventional Radiology
Provide care to individuals with in an outpatient, inpatient or procedural setting for the interventional radiology service. Assess patients for pre-procedural evaluation for interventional radiology procedures in collaboration with a supervising physician. Obtain appropriate consultation from specialty services after conferring with the appropriate interventional radiology attending. Perform and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic medical and/or surgical procedures which may include insertion, revision and removal of peripherally inserted central catheters, temporary central venous lines, tunneled catheters, sub-cutaneous port catheters, and gastrostomy tubes. Serve as a resource person in the department and throughout the hospital for interventional radiology.
