MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Puyallup outpatient oncology team - a role built for those who value collaboration, stability, and purpose-driven work. In this full-time, weekday schedule, you will play a key role supporting cancer patients through treatment, symptom management, triage, coordination and ongoing continuity of care.

You'll work alongside dedicated oncologists, infusion nurses, and supportive care partners - with access to >20 Hem/Onc providers across the MultiCare Cancer Institute network.

In This Role, You Will

Provide comprehensive outpatient oncology care

Manage follow-ups, symptom support, treatment tolerance & survivorship care

Function alongside an attending oncologist with strong RN & clinic support

See ~12-15 patients/day once fully onboarded

Enjoy predictable 4x10s daytime hours

Work in a shift-based model

We diagnose and treat 6,000+ new cancer cases each year and are expanding rapidly with a goal of becoming the highest-value oncology system in the Pacific Northwest by 2028.

Compensation Based on YOE:

0-4 Years YOE: $171,000.00

5-9 YOE: $176,400.00

10+ YOE: $181,800

*Opportunities for additional income including annual Quality Incentive up to $10,000.00, wRVUs, and extra shifts.*

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $130,461.00 - $176,947.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
