Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Obstetrics & Gynecology team in North Muskegon, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
    • No call, weekend, or holiday requirement
  • Location: 2006 Holton Rd North Muskegon, MI 49445
  • Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Hospital Info: Trinity Health Muskegon
  • Team Team: 4 physicians, 2 APPs, 9 MAs, 5 BOCs, 5 triage nurses
  • Volume: 22 visits/day
    • 15 - 45-minute visits, depending on complexity of visit

Requirements

  • APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license
  • ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Providing direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health efforts
