Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Medical Oncology, Physician Assistant - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:

• Clinic schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour lunch
• 
  
• Ongoing locum need until permanent position is filled
• 
  
• Call coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM taking first call for symptom support and treatment management, forwarding to MD if consult is needed
• 
  
• Patient variety includes on-treatment patients and follow-ups for surveillance and survivorship patients
• 
  
• Will be assigned to a care team with an MD
• 
  
• First day consists of orientation from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 
  
• Guaranteed 8 hours per shift with overtime not applicable until after 10 hours
• 
  
• Approximately 12 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Board certification required with minimum board certification eligibility accepted
• 
  
• Fellowship experience required
• 
  
• Long term housing may be available if needed
