Position Highlights:
The inpatient Palliative Care APP treats patients across multiple units at Moore Regional Hospital.
The care team includes seven Palliative Care APPs and two dedicated social workers.
Multi-disciplinary approach to care; collaborate with Hospitalists, specialists, nurses, discharge planners and others.
Dependable schedule offers work-life balance … Monday through Friday, 8A-5P, no call

Qualifications:
NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification.
PA must be a graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.
Minimum2 years of advanced practice experience required. APPs function autonomously across all units.
Must be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills; must be able to effectively navigate sensitive patient/family discussions.
Clean background, NC license, and NC DEA required.
