Duly Health and Care St. Charles is seeking a APP who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.
The collaborating physicians for this role are Dr. Michael Rivera, MD | Duly Health and Care and Dr. Darryl Link, MD | Duly Health and Care.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000-$140,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications-
- Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience in Family Medicine or similar setting preferred.
