Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time Primary Care opportunity in Corpus Christi, Texas. This role is part of a value-based, senior-focused care model designed to support providers through interdisciplinary collaboration, technology, and a team-based clinical structure.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

• Outpatient primary care setting
• Value-based, senior-focused care model
• Collaborative practice under a supervising physician
• Interdisciplinary team support and technology-enabled care model
• EHR: Elation
• Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program required
• ANCC or AANP certification required
• Texas Nurse Practitioner license required or ability to obtain
• Family, Adult Gerontology, or Primary Care certification preferred
• Must meet employer credentialing standards
• Senior care, gerontology, post-acute, or value-based care experience preferred
• Spanish language skills preferred
