We’re seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care Float Pool team in Muskegon, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- Specialty: Primary Care (must be able to see all ages)
- Location: Provider will cover various THMG Primary Care offices in the Muskegon/Lakeshore area
- Office hours: varies, primarily Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (some offices open at 7am)
- Additional details:
- The provider will cover their own in basket as well as the provider they are covering for in the office.
- The provider will have an MA assigned at each office they are assisting at.

Requirements
- Experience preferred and comfortable with working at multiple offices
- APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
