Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Oakland County located on the southeast side of Michigan. - Position Type: Full Time - 1.0 FTE
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
- Location:Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care Oakland

Requirements
- APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Primary Care preferred.
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
- A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
