Job Details:
- Provide urgent care or emergency medicine coverage Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Travel between multiple sites including Erie Summit Towne Center, Meadville, and Franklin - sites are no more than 30 miles apart
- Work independently without supervision
- See patients with cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, and minor burns
- Perform splinting, X-rays/EKGs, blood draws, and incision & drainage procedures
- Handle typical urgent care cases with high acuity patients referred to local emergency room
- Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages including pediatrics (6 months and older)
- Minimum 2 years urgent care experience or 1 year emergency medicine experience required
- Must be comfortable with orthopedic procedures (splinting) and wound care
- Drive-in candidates only - must be within a 2-3 hour radius
