Requirements
Certified and licensed Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
Eligibility for Michigan licensure
Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Providing same-day care for pediatric and adult patients
Diagnosing and managing acute illnesses and minor injuries
Performing procedures such as laceration repair and splinting
Collaborating with on-site radiology and lab teams
Coordinating care with IHAs multi-specialty providers
Utilizing EMR tools for efficient and accurate documentation
