Requirements
- Certified and licensed Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
- Eligibility for Michigan licensure
- Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing same-day care for pediatric and adult patients
- Diagnosing and managing acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Performing procedures such as laceration repair and splinting
- Collaborating with on-site radiology and lab teams
- Coordinating care with IHAs multi-specialty providers
- Utilizing EMR tools for efficient and accurate documentation
