NP;PA - Urgent Care

Job Details:

• Provide urgent care or emergency medicine coverage Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• 
  
• 5 FTE providers needed for coverage
• 
  
• Travel between four sites: Uniontown, Belle Vernon, Dunbar, and Mt Pleasant (sites are no more than 30 miles apart)
• 
  
• Work independently without supervision
• 
  
• See patients with cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, and minor burns
• 
  
• Perform splinting, X-rays/EKGs, blood draws, and incision & drainage procedures
• 
  
• Handle typical urgent care cases with high acuity patients referred to local emergency room
• 
  
• Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages including pediatrics (6 months and older)
• 
  
• Minimum 2 years urgent care experience or 1 year emergency medicine experience required
• 
  
• Must be comfortable with orthopedic procedures and wound care
• 
  
• Drive-in candidates only, within a 2-3 hour radius
