Job Details:

• Coverage dates from July 13, 2026 through November 13, 2026
• 
  
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 4-5 days per week
• 
  
• No call coverage required
• 
  
• One provider needed to cover maternity leave
• 
  
• Practice setting is inpatient/hospital-based with coverage across multiple facilities
• 
  
• Patient population is adult, 100% inpatient or ER consults
• 
  
• Average of 12-15 patients per day
• 
  
• Facilities include Level One trauma and community-based hospitals
• 
  
• EMR/Documentation system is EPIC
• 
  
• Board Certification required
• 
  
• Active Ohio license required
• 
  
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA required
• 
  
• Local candidate preferred
• 
  
• NPDB Self-Query report must be dated within 30 days of presentation date
