Introduction

Join our dynamic team as an Operations Planner L&A where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process across multiple brand channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of our operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role
• At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Proficient with Client Office suite; proven Excel skills required
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Mainframe systems
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
• Experience in supply chain or logistics planning

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage purchase orders (POs) and amendments
• Track order delivery, dye, and cut dates
• Engage with offshore teams for data entry and issue resolution
• Manage liabilities, cancellations, and dispute case management
• Conduct risk assessment of expiring liabilities
• Maintain and update order schedules and tracking documents
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with logistics, deployment, planning, and other relevant teams
