Apparel Production Coordinator

Join Versa Group, a New York City–based manufacturer of branded and private-label men's apparel. We are seeking an experienced Apparel Production Coordinator to oversee production timelines, vendor communication, and quality standards. Full-time position with $65,000–$80,000 per year.

Duties

• Coordinate apparel production schedules.
• Track orders from sample to delivery.
• Communicate with vendors and factories.
• Monitor quality and production milestones.
• Maintain accurate production reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of apparel production experience.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLM or ERP systems.
• Understanding of fabrics, trims, and sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
